HOW CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
All our items are completely customizable in terms of the embroidery personalization, colors, and fonts! If, for example, you are looking to personalize a handwritten signature, company logo, or anything else you have in mind, we charge a $35.00 one-time fee to digitize these customizations into an embroidery format. Please feel free to email us with your inquiries!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Since we are a one woman show, our current turnaround time is 4 weeks for any custom orders. All Bachelorette or bulk orders over 10 items, will take up to 6 weeks for fulfillment. If you need your item in a rush, please send us an email prior to placing orders, to be sure we can accommodate within your time frame.
CAN YOU EMBROIDER ITEMS I ALREADY OWN?
ABSOLUTELY! We live for bringing pre-loved items back to life, and UPSKALE-ing your closet staples! If you would like to send in your own items for personalization, please fill out our form here, and we will get back to you within 2-3 working days to provide a quote and confirm we are able to embroider your items. Embroidery services start at $30.00 depending on project size, complexity, number of colors etc.
WHAT MATERIALS CAN WE NOT EMBROIDER?
99% of the time, all fabric is fair game for embroidery. There are certain items that CAN be embroidered but tend to create a bit of pulling once stitched out, example of these would be any type of really stretchy material such as socks, flex fit baseball caps, or anything super thin like satin, or silk. If you have any questions on whether or not the item you have would be a good fit for embroidery, send us an email and we can go from there. :)
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
Since all pieces are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns. Please be sure to double check your order before processing to be sure your personalization is correct and all graphics, colors, and fonts are confirmed. We will refund items ONLY if and when the mistake is our doing. We can mess up too, and in the event this happens we will work with you to either refund the item completely or make it right by providing a brand-new item.
